TEREA tobacco sticks were specially developed for IQOS ILUMA. This is why TEREA tobacco sticks cannot be used with previous IQOS heated tobacco devices (ORIGINALS or older), as this may cause damage to the device. HEETS tobacco sticks, in turn, are not suitable for IQOS ILUMA.

Because DELIA tobacco sticks feature a fully sealed tobacco part they are not compatible with IQOS 3 DUO or any earlier blade generation devices. Using a DELIA stick in a adevice with blade heating technology may damage the blade.

The following rules apply to the Summer Campaign Raffle between June 29 and July 31, 2026 (the “Raffle”).
By participating in the Raffle, you agree to:
(1) Have your full name shared on Instagram.
(2) Be contacted by Customer Service (via Instagram direct messaging, email, or phone) to notify you of your status as a winner and on how to claim your prize.
Failure to agree to these terms will result in you not receiving the prize.
You will automatically be included in the Raffle to get the chance to win a 1-night stay in one of the most renowned guesthouses in Lebanon if you:
(i) Are a legal-age nicotine user who has already purchased one of our bundles during the Raffle period and has played the Raffle game on IQOS CLUB.
The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Raffle at any time without notice.
This Raffle is intended for adult nicotine users aged 18 and above who want to continue to consume nicotine products (“Intended User”) and who reside in the country indicated in our contact details.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not participate in this Raffle.
You must be able to validate your age by showing your ID upon collecting your prize from the agreed-on location.
Failure to present a valid ID will result in not receiving the prize.
You must also sign a consent form stating that you are a legal-age nicotine user.
Employees of PMI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, contractors, consultants, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.
Winners will be entitled to win a 1-night stay in one of the most renowned guesthouses in Lebanon as assigned by PMI.
The assigned prize is final and may not be changed, exchanged, or substituted at the request of the winner.
The prize consists exclusively of a 1-night stay in one of the most renowned guesthouses in Lebanon with your +1 who is a legal-age nicotine user.
The prize is non-transferable and will be awarded exclusively to the winner.
It may not be exchanged for cash, other goods, services, or any alternative prize under any circumstances.
Ten (10) winners in total will be chosen at random if they have followed all of the rules mentioned above.
If a winner is unable to collect the prize or is unable to use the provided prize within its validity period, the winner shall forfeit the prize.
No compensation, substitution, or alternative benefit will be provided.
After participation, if you have been selected as a winner, it is important for you to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Failure to provide this information will result in exclusion from the Raffle.
Failure to meet any applicable passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel or entry requirements may result in the winner being excluded from participation in the experience, without any right to compensation, reimbursement, or replacement prize.
