Nicotine Preference Survey Campaign Terms & Conditions
- The following terms and Condition rules apply to Nicotine Preference Survey SMS draw sent starting July 10.
- This Nicotine Preference SMS Survey is intended for adult tobacco users aged 18 and above who want to continue to consume tobacco products (“Intended User”), and who reside in the country indicated in our contact details. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not participate in this survey.
- To enter the draw, participants must complete the survey linked in the SMS. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- One (1) winner will be chosen at random to receive a $300 Spinneys voucher.
- By Participating in the competition, you agree to be contacted by Customer Service (via call) if you win, to notify you on how to claim your prize.
- In the event that you do not answer the 3 attempts to contact you or you do not claim your prize, we reserve the right to choose a different winner at random to claim the prize.
- After participation, if you have been selected as a winner, it is important for you to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about you. Failure to provide this information will result in excluding you from the draw.
- The prize is non-transferrable and will be awarded exclusively to the winner. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other substitute.
- You must be able to validate your age by showing your ID upon collecting your prize from the agreed-on location. Failure to present a valid ID will result in not receiving the prize. You must also sign a consent form stating that you are a legal age nicotine user.

- The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or suspend the competition at any time without notice.
