Seletti Device and Organizer Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The following rules apply to each of the three Challenges posted as part of the Seletti competition starting on 11 December 2025.
  2. This Competition is intended for adult nicotine users aged 18 and above who want to continue to consume nicotine products (“Intended User”), and who reside in the country indicated in our contact details. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not participate in this competition.
  3. For Challenge 1, on Instagram participants should (1) follow the Instagram account @iqos_lbn, and (2) like the competition post, and (3) complete the Challenge, for a chance to win the prize.
  4. For Challenge 2 on the Website, participants should (1) Login or signup, (2) complete the Quiz on iqos.com, for a chance to win the prize.
  5. For Challenge 3 on IQOS CLUB, participants should be IQOS CLUB member (1) Login or signup, (2) complete the game on IQOS CLUB, for a chance to win the prize.
  6. Participants who complete any of the 3 challenges described in points 3, 4, and 5, are in the pool of eligible winners. 10 winners will be selected at random from all three challenges. Failure to be opted in to our marketing and communications, will result in you not being chosen as a winner.
  7. By Participating in the competition, you agree to (1) have your Instagram handle shared on @iqos_lbn to notify you if you won, (2) be contacted by Customer Service (via Instagram direct messaging, email, or phone) to notify you of your status as a winner and on how to claim your prize. Failure to agree on these terms will result in you not receiving the prize. Failure to respond to any of the 3 attempts by Customer Service to contact you via phone, will result in a new winner being selected.
  8. After participation, if you have been selected as a winner, it is important for you to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about you. Failure to provide this information will result in excluding you from the competition.
  9. The prize is non-transferrable and will be awarded exclusively to the winner. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other substitute.
  10. You must be able to validate your age by showing your ID upon collecting your prize from the agreed-on location. Failure to present a valid ID will result in not receiving the prize. You must also sign a consent form stating that you are a legal age nicotine user.

  12. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or suspend the competition at any time without notice.
