IQOS CLUB Ultimate Gift Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The following rules apply to the IQOS CLUB Ultimate Gift Competition between February 2 and 28, 2026 (the “Competition”).
  2. This Competition is intended for IQOS CLUB members who are adult nicotine users aged 18 and above who want to continue to consume nicotine products (“Intended User”), and who reside in the country indicated in our contact details. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not participate in this Competition.
  3. When you play the game on the IQOS CLUB page, you are up for a chance to win, provided that you are opted in to our marketing communications.
  4. 12 winners will be chosen in total at random:
    (1) Four of the participants who are IQOS CLUB Silver members and have followed the above rules will each win 1 voucher from Nakhal Group worth USD 1,000.
    (2) Four of the participants who are IQOS CLUB Gold members and have followed the above rules will each win 1 voucher from Nakhal Group worth USD 1,500.
    (3) Four of the participants who are IQOS CLUB Platinum members and have followed the above rules will each win 1 voucher from Nakhal Group worth USD 2,500.
  5. By participating in the Competition, you agree to (1) have your full name shared on Instagram, (2) be contacted by Customer Service (via Instagram direct messaging, email, or phone) to notify you of your status as a winner and how to claim your prize, and (3) have your pictures and videos shared on all our online and offline platforms. Failure to agree to these terms will result in you not receiving the prize.
  6. After participation, if you have been selected as a winner, it is important for you to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about you. Failure to provide this information will result in excluding you from the Competition.
  7. The prize is non-transferrable and will be awarded exclusively to the winner. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other substitute.
  8. You must be able to validate your age by showing your ID upon collecting your prize from the agreed-on location. Failure to present a valid ID will result in not receiving the prize. You must also sign a consent form stating that you are a legal-age nicotine user.

  10. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Competition at any time without notice.
